I read this a while back and I wanted to share.

There was a school teacher/treasure hunter that found some `kind of unexploded ordinance on one of his metal detecting outings. He decided to use the "bomb" as a paper-weight in his office at home. One day there was a fly buzzing around and landed on his desk. The school teacher felt it was ok to use his "bomb" as a flyswatter, and well it went boom. Now the school teacher is now without an arm and has a very disfigured cranium.

The moral of this story is....if you find some kind of explosive device...leave it the hell alone.
Call the police and have them dispose of it the proper way.
