Hunt in North Carolina

Re: Hunt in Tennesee

I am interested. Just onnounce when, where, how much and all about nearby accommodations, then I can make my plans, with enough advance notice ofcourse.

Re: Hunt in Tennesee

Depending on the time frame. I would be very interested.

I know it would be fun and a good experience. But Time is the issue for me.

Re: Hunt in Tennesee

Re: Hunt in Tennesee

OK peeps, got some GOOD news :) and some BAD news :( The land in Tennessee has fallen through the landowner that had the land that would have let us detect on it has sold it due to the economy, and we can no longer get on the property. I am sorry BUT to try to make it up to you and I working on another piece of property that has alot of history on it time frame 1700-present. It will be in NC, and not cost as much if anything to hunt this property, my intentions are to get a bunch of good folks together eat some Real eastern NC BBQ and detect for a day or two. I don't know when the landowner are going to start planting as this will be a BIG field hunt. I am trying to get no more than maybe 50-75 people on this hunt, prizes will be donated, and if you wish to stay the night there are several hotels a couple of miles down the road. So please bear with me as I try to get this one organized :) I am looking to have a date in 3 weeks or less, so please forgive me I am still trying.

Re: Hunt in Tennesee

I think you moved this out my range so I will withdraw my interest in this but perhaps you could close this thread and start a new one about a hunt in NC which would allow people on the East coast a chance since it's close to them. Sorry the Tennessee hunt didn't pan out. Thanks for your time and effort.

Out of your range, whaaaat we just drove out to port hudson La. about 2 weeks ago to hunt for 2 days its only about a 14 hour drive straight through ;D

Re: Hunt in Tennesee

Okay CWDigger,
Let me put it another way. I hunt in the Port Hudson area now. I routinely would drive that far to hunt but I liked the idea of a Tenneessee hunt. I was just trying to be nice thanking you for your time and effort...don't feel offended, I was doing this out of consideration for your idea . Have a nice day!

Is this a dead topic?
