As Funny [ ?] as this sounds , I ‘d known these brothers “the Carters” , they were from Maryland . Anyway they told me a story how they and there friends had found many nice little arrow-heads , called “bird-points” in a cement lined flood-control chanal they use to play in . In the story , it was described how a large pipe [? 3-6ft.?] that feed into this flood-control chanal would leave a deposit of soil and gravel on the concrete after a good storm,.. and that’s where these “bird-points” were found , only from this one pipe as I remember ?? An odd story , but I believe it to be true ?
