But understand these prices are for PCGS graded and slabbed coins in that grade. I find that a more realistic reflection of market value is about 50-60% of the indicated value. It's still a good resource though and updated on a regular basis. About the only thing better is the subscription grey sheet (not free).

Hi, you can also try ecoin prices. This site provides current collector market value on all US coins. These values should be less then the pcgs values as this site is for non-professional graded coins.

Most of us can identify a grade to a coin well enough to figure out a fair value on them. Hope this helps.

I agree that the PCGS values are generally useless unless you have slabbed stuff in hand.

librarys in their refereance area often have coin books - that can assist you in iding your coins and help price them at verious "grades" a well.
