Out today (near record temps) pulling clumps of dead weeds because I figure nobody's looked there yet. I found the petrified wood scraper first and the little KRF drill not far away. Also a few other scrapers, a nice pot shard and a broken flaking tool.

Thanks tn, I think the material itself isn't all that uncommon and I don't see why there wouldn't be some there. Finding a worked piece of it is somewhat unusual as the material is very brittle and difficult to work. Good luck and enjoy the hunt.
