You are able to exchange damaged currency through several methods. Depending on extent and how much of the bill remains it can be done through a bank. Even if they won't do it you can submit it to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and they will do it. It seems you have over $60 bucks there, I'd say go for it!!
Used to work in a bank. Definitely enough left of those bills to exchange them at your bank for fresh ones. They turn their mutilated bills into the Federal Reserve.
