I’m not sure that this is a CW era button just because I have never seen one like this before but I need a little help with the id of it. Either way , I like it. It’s about the size of a dime which also makes me wonder if it’s that era too but I have no clue y’all. It does have a star at the top of it with two wreath things going up both sides meeting the star up top.

It looks like it was manufactured about the time of the Civil War. Anything in the middle of the button?

No there’s not anything in the middle that I can see. Also no markings or writing on the back that I can see either. It’s got dirt caked on the back pretty good.

Thanks! I enjoy finding buttons because I don’t know much about them so it gives me something to look into and research.
