Hi all,
Had a few hours spare today whilst the mrs was out shopping so i decided I would have a change of metal detecting scenery and headed to Hessle Foreshore on the River Humber.
Before i had a few permissions to go to this was the only area which i could really detect and me and BamBam of here hammered the area finding tons of coins, rings and hammered silver!

I half expected the minelab safari to perform poorly down there but it handled it great even with all the iron contamination that there is. I didnt have too long but had a few coins and others bit and bobs but the star find of the day was a lovely ring with stone!

I have put a picture of the finds and also a link to the video below

Thanks very much everyone. I'm not 100% sure on the stone but as a guess I would say it's amethyst possibly
