First one is smoky quartz on microcline feldspar. 2nd golden rod is probably topaz. Third type is a multi colored tourmaline. Next are a group of lower end sapphire/rubies. Yellowish crystal is yellow or citrine quartz. Orange ones are wulfenites. I can't tell on the other two.

Most likely. It looks like the material from Sonora or Durango, Mexico. The high refractive index is obvious.

I'm thinking the last clear yellow crystal might be Calcite. It appears to have double refraction and the crystal form is about right.

Both the Apatite(?) and Calcite(?) are very soft minerals, a hardness test would be easy. The Calcite(?) could be checked by simply laying a flat surface on some printed type and look to see it the image is doubled on the other side.

I think the bi-color one is topaz, and the one with the multi cells is some sort of nest.

I was able to scratch with blade Apatite, hardness is near 5
I was not able to scratch citrine/calcite, so its citrine hardrness 7

Unknown 2 (Seems to be Cyathus striatus- Birds nest Fungi) Not a mineral
