Wisconsin seems to be leading the nation in tokens....probally because no one here had any money....which accounts for the reason why the only caches we find were left by robbers :o.................
..............or it could be the fact that the ground is frozen 11 months out of the year and no one could bury any....hey? ...we probally had to go south just to bury our money....all you southerners start sending "our" caches back here! :-*

Lex--the Bob's Tavern one is shown in Johnson's book, Trade Tokens of Wisconsin, but he doesn't give any historical information on it. I'd guess it is post-WWII. Johnson also lists one from "Buster & Bob's Tavern" in Genoa, but it is hard to tell whether it is the same Bob. John in ID
