I hit the woods twice this week looking for relics. Found some cool things and things i can't I.D. A pocket knife, horse shoes, a pretty heavy chain and a reins guide.I believe the oval things are cuff buttons that came apart?? Hopefully someone can let me know on those. The shoe looking piece of copper or brass still has gold plating or coloring left on it. I have no idea what it is or what it may have been used for.. Found a really nice button and i think, part of a shoe buckle. Found a thimble a buckle, and one of the smallest buckles I've ever seen. (still works). The small cap i researched, it came off an office chair in the 1940's "W.H. Gunlocke Chair Co. Wayland New York. They started in 1902 and as far as i know are still making high end office furniture..Love the history, thanks for looking...
