i need help picking a whites coil

Both are good for trash separation but the 4X6 will cover more ground easier. You can use the point of the coil for pinpointing real easy.

I been thinking about picking up the blue max 4x6 myself for the XLT. Sandman already stated the advantages over the 5.3 coil.

I went from the 6x10 to the 4x6 and seemed like nothing was on the end, but after awhile, it becomes second nature. Its actually hard to go back to the 6x10.

I get targets at 6 inches all the time on my v3i. You have to run it pretty hot but you can because it's such a small coil.

Thanks for the reply. I have a Classic III SL coming and was thinking about either the 4x6" or Black Max 5.3".
