i think it is time once again the bring up the issue of seperating extream North Cali. from the rampant stupidity of Sacramento, the Bay Area and LA!!!! here we are....dredging never again, communities in peril, schools closing left and right, no money for the Sherrifs Dept. to do..well..anything.....$16 BILLION in the whole...and not only do they wanna spend 9 mill for what we do for free....and how much was approved for that STUPID bullet train...in southern Cali...somethings gotta give

i thought california was already split into several peices. REPS/DEMS/and the wacoenviromentalists. and then theres the corrupt /biased court system and the people that dont care oneway or the other about anything!

Ya'all forgot them bloody injuns who have all the cash and talk the most trash--Karuk should be renamed Sue-John

Here's a name for that tribe, c(a)rook. We need to stay and fight this. If you leave, you lose. Go down down swinging.

I fully support and would love to be a citizen of the Great State of Jefferson. :notworthy:

i agree whole heartedly, then and now, with all stated above.xcept i spell it k-rook,and as i previously stated somewhere,am part wagon burner/fish spearer myself.sacratomato would never let it on the ballot.bottom line, they need to keep stealing our water.only force of arms would suffice, intestinal fortitude required in very short supply, cant blame the average joe, study the times of the founding fathers, who were considered terrorists by the then legal government.then consider the ammo being bought/hoarded by the homeland sec.co,and with your tax dollars.when the us cavalry was shown up by the nomadic horse cultures of the plains,1$ per buffalo hide was offered.bingo, more troops available to squash those states rights activists aka confederates.label them slave owners to justify the burning of cotton plantations, the rape of southern women, and the starvation of the now homeless black folks, who were slaves upon their former continent.as it is mathematicaly impossible to balance the books,in cali and the us in general, economic collapse seems inevitable.infrastructure demise/anarchy/un peacekeeper invasion etc would follow.our returning sevicemen automatically placed on watchlists, many take their oaths seriously, protect the constitution, from all invaders, foreign and domestic.try searching oathkeepers for more info.not too sure company roster homesecco, but cannot be sufficient numbers to justify amounts of lead/powder involved.perhaps to be provided to un?will help circulate petitions to get this on the ballot, though consider it unlikely.but as every journey begins with first step, lets boot up.long live the republic, and may god have pity upon our sick and elderly.and upon the enemies of liberty, who love not this land, only their power.

i live right in the HEART of the State of Jefferson...in Montague....6 miles east of Yreka. Patches.....the messed up thing is your right. But...as with our founding fathers....A handful of men came over here...put there foot down and told ole' king georgy...ENOUGH!!!! them boys had some sand... i guess the bottom line something needs to happen....rattle some cages....but no matter what we do we'll be in the wrong...all i can hope for i guess is that all these new tax's and tax increases comming up will force my boss's to pack up the outfit and head north...we are only 20 mile's from oregon..........so close...

John..it's not the indians themselves...it's the crooked tribal council and Craig Tucker....

AND they are what then ifn' NOT injuns...oops not the proper word now is it...hahahah. respect is earned and I know and respect/friends/enpower quite a few INDIANS and not injun trash..we have white trash and they have injuns as they are NOT the same same...John

I got a question for you feller's that are Up-To-Date on these Dredging Laws. I tried a little of the Dredging years back out of the Bucks Lake Region (Quincy), but I ain't a Pro like you feller's. My question is..What are the Specifics of the Law or is it all about Using Gas/Electrical Engines on the Waterways? Or is it the Mechanical Means of the Vaccuming the bottoms. It surely ain't against the Law to Scuba Dive in the Rivers, Streams etc., IS IT? Is it against the Law to Move Rocks, Gravel and Sand around? Suppose I didn't use any of the Conventional Dredges or Gas Powered Vaccums, yet I could achieve the same results or in other words, maybe there's another way. Something Unique, using the Power of the Water Flow, The CURRENT. All in All, maybe there's an Idea out there that the Environ Commies haven't a Clue about that is like a Loophole in the Law. If I was younger and in better shape, I'd be inclined to do a little structural engineering on the bottoms of these waterways...The Injuns you know back in the old days (maybe still now), built FISH TRAPS around the lakes, River Systems. But maybe there is a Device that hasn't been thought of (well, i got one) that can achieve the same results....So in all of your knowledge on the Subject of Ban on Dredging, what are the Specifics?...Darrell

Darrel, where they get you is the EPA,and water Board Regs, which have low allowances of sediment turbidity,I am sure there will be attempts I just dont see much wiggle room when you are talking "Murky",water

instream ops clearly not legal.motor/no motor,if it utilises a venturi to create suction, has a recovery system, and is within 300 feet of an active waterway in the state of cali, its a misdemeanor crime.confiscation of all gear, including the vehicle used likely part of scenario.thats for first offense.ca. fish&game would be best bet,if federal law enforcement be the aprehendors, ouch.thats how i see it,for my area of ops.rather ironic,as state, not fed first criminalised dredging.but now epa bs here too.our 2 local cdfg guys understand our plight, are norcal boyz, but those fedgunnys, different animal.gravity ops,new learning curve, now ya need a viable deposit AND topography/no lookyloos/right plumbing in one place.if dredging profitably was difficult 3 years ago,well....its a bit harder now.

MMMM Okay, I understand now, Thankyou. What I basically was talking about was a Underwater Sluice Collector that is Powered by the Water Currents that Mother Nature Provides, something that the EPA nor Tribes can regulate. I think it's quite possible, however manKind is so screwed up and now especially the American Indians. Which leads me into another thought, though not a New One. Certainly I would think that Board Members, Lawyers and Attorneys of the PLP and the Western Mining Alliance probably don't ever get on these Forums cause their always to busy taking our fight to Washington. The only reason I remain a member with the GPAA is for the Cause to Fight the Liberal Commie Environmental Movement, so each of us in our own small way by being members of Any Prospecting Club, Mining organizations etc. can donate to the cause, at least in some way. The Feds, EPA and Indians are trying to make us all criminals when in Reality it is Their Agenda's, Regulations and Twisted Laws that is doing the most harm to Our Country. I see My Rights as a American Dwindling each and every day. If I was privy to catch the Attention of the Head of the PLP or the Western Mining Alliance Board members I would say this "Challenge the American Indians SOVERIGNTY". They base their Soverignty as being the FIRST AMERICANS. In all of the Treaties from the time of Conception by the Whites to them on up to Present Day, They are Referred to as the Indigenous Peoples, the Native Americans. This Soverignty is what gets them Their Reservations, Allowances, Paychecks, Casinos, etc..Yet nothing could be more farther from the Truth. The "EVIDENCE" of that is what I found in the Great Mohave Desert (see Treasure Legends, Aztec Gold). In other words, They are NOT the 1st Americans and the Evidence speaks for itself and there are literally mountains of Documentation neatly Protected by the National Park Service, National Registry, other Institutions, Universities, etc..If the American Indians Knew that Their Precious Soverignty was in Question and being taken to a Court of Law, they might give up the Ghost. I Freely would give the GPAA All Rights to the Book I wrote along with all of the thousands of pictures I have taken of that place, if that would help. From this Present Day, Today and all the way back into the 7 or 8 thousand years of Recorded History, No One, No Nation on Earth, No Select peoples has EVER HAD THE TECHNOLOGIES that are Displayed on this MOUNTAIN. Using the ARCHAEOLOGICAL RECORD from the Mainstream and Federal Archaeologists, can Date Some of this Egnigma to about 9500 B. C....And it's just laying out in Mohave Desert in Plain View...This HAS TO BE the American Indians WORST NIGHTMARE HEADACHE, cause there's over 26,000 acres of Proof.....

...your still missing the point......the kicker is the Water Boards "No Turbidity",the day will come I beleive under that clause it will not be legal to pan

What y'all goiing to do with Bullet Head Brown if the state splits?

He may choose to go with NorCal...being there are so many unplucked virgins....:laughing7:

i think that the tribes, the enviros, the salmon, the frogs and etc etc are all just footnotes in the real, larger picture.were i to peer up towards the apex of all these manipulations,i think i would see the same group/interests as have control of the worlds purse strings.who control the printing of money in this country, they who cause/profit from global warfare, manufacture of arms, they who allow/and violate treaties, manipulate economies like kids with video games.they who have been patient through many generations in order to achieve a very specific end.we may be seeing the light at the end of their tunnel.and the end of the pursuit of freedom in this country.united we stood, divided we have been.democrats, republicans, indians, whites, cattleman and sheepranchers, smoke&mirrors, putty in the hands of those that have in fact, already conquered us,and from within,to boot.the final joker was put in the deck 4 years ago,a non american sleeps in our white house.all of this is but smoke.just my opinion of course.hope im wrong in fact, but doubt it.

Well I get the point and Thankyou again but trying to rationalize the Insanity of it. I mean all Recreational Water Activities and yes with Fishermen churn the sediments to some degree. Does the Dept. of Fish and Game use Boats? If they do, then they are in Violation of the Law. do the Indians? Dams, Hydro-electric Dams churns the water sediments...Where are all of the Studies by the Eviron Wacko's on that....Yeah, probably time to start thinking about getting out of this State, looking for a new frontier...California is going down the drain, Cities are Filing Bankruptcy, Crime is hiking up, the State Government is just as Corrupt as the Federal Government and then it just gets worse....Vote Republican, Darrell

Dont try to make sense out of Darrel. There is none...just like they keep changing there focus of reason,as each one is debunked.Dont hear squat about salmon now since we had record runs?Part of there reasoning was about our oil and gas in dredges!!!!Wow!Really? You Boat comparison pretty much shoots a hole in that one!The bottom line is they dont want to see the facts.Dams have caused more impedement of nature of waterways then anything and we as dredgers have always cleaned up from that....but thats fact and they dont want to hear that

...your still missing the point......the kicker is the Water Boards "No Turbidity",the day will come I beleive under that clause it will not be legal to pan
always interested new info, turbidity, measured in parts per million, was always the standard we had,and always interpreted as:you must have settling ponds/pools/puddles while hibanking, etc.but unacceptable turbity must be shown, and by scientific measurement by a tech type person prior to classifying the op as in violation.the protocols for these measurements are clearly stated.it no where states for instance, that you must have settling ponds.
