I think its a 1918 medal? Brigata Sassari?

Hi... Trying to identify and value this item... not entirely sure what it is to be honest, I think a medal from the great war? I know the Sassari was a Italian army, but I know little more.

Here are some pictures.

Any ideas as to its value...?
