I wonder if "Mitzi" was someones pet.

I was able to get permission to hunt on a lot that now belongs to the bank but I remember an old 2 story house on it some years back. The history of this town isn't really that old I think it was established in the 20's or 30's. I have had several short hunts cause it always seems that it is just a stop over for me headed somewheres else. I found a 1894 V nickel on probably the third visit there and found the tag just the other day. The tag had a great green patina on it but I was more intrested in the name under it....."Mitzi"...as it turns out. There is nothing on the back as far as I can see. It must have some copper in it..anyway heres some pic's....happy hunting all.....gregd

Nice finds! I would also say the Mitzi tag is from a pet cat, I'm in Germany and we have named a few cats Mitzi so maybe it is from German decent. HH, Mike
