ID a rock from Panama

My wife and I recently returned from a trip to Panama. While walking along the beach at the Playa Bonita Village resort during low tide, she found the rock in the attachments. It is approximately 8cm in length. Is it possible to identify this rock? She would like to keep it as a reminder her of our time in Panama.

It appears to be a sedimentary concretion. Sedimentary rocks are in essence concrete's of mud. A fine souvenir if you like it and a good memory.
