Picked this med up at a show a few weeks ago for $5. Unfortunately, it is wounded pretty badly. It displays really well though. I think a Polak bottle book lists this particular med at $200. I'm wondering how much the crack detracts from the value. I know it won't be close to $200. The embossing is SANFORD'S EXTRACT OF HAMAMELIS OR WITCH HAZEL. The crack goes from a bit bellow the shoulder through the lip. I'll try to get better photos soon. Thanks!

How tall is it? If it's the 11-1/4" size it's $500-600 if perfect in Matt Knapp's Medicine Guide, that damage hurts big time...

Ok so it is roughly 7 1/2 inches tall. Here are better pics.

Yes it is, I love the color. The crack is sad, but I didn't dig the bottle. I feel bad for the guy who pulled it out, probably flipped that he found a valuable cobalt bot, and then cursed in a mixture of fury and sadness at the sight of the crack.

The only way to know the value would be to list it in an auction and see what the masses say....

Ok. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places or hard enough, but I haven't seen a 7 1/2 inch one. Is it more common?

Yeah looks like it might be scarce to bad it's not a very desirable bottle.

I'm just playing with you, where exactly did you buy that?

I said it already. If you're not going to contribute anything with your posts please stop. One post would be good. Thanks

I'd buy that bottle crack and all for $5.00 everyday.

Love it...
