Finds were few and far between today but found the right coins. Started out at a cellar hole that wore me out from the saplings everywhere. Only got a couple ordinary relics there. Moved to an old homesite in a cornfield then and got a few keepers. Only got the back of the button but it is similar to the back of a couple of my CW buttons, not sure. I found a 64 Indian the other day and wondered when I would get to find a fatty, today was the day. This one and the fatty are in good condition considering they were field finds.

Could anyone please tell me what condition these would be considered so I can estimate value? I haven't cleaned them yet. Thanks,

Nice finds. The 1872 IHP looks to have VF to EF details, but is corroded so that knocks it down a bit, but still great digs. You will have to wash the other one with warm water so the details are more visible.

From the looks of the 64 it would be about AG the 72 looks like to would grade VF. At least this is what I would say. A couple of very nice finds.....Matt

Those two indians are pretty worthless, might as well send them to me and I'll use them as fishing wieghts. I'll PM ya my new address! LOL

Not a coin grader but I'm sure the corrosion knocks 'em down from where they would grade otherwise. Still, GREAT finds!

Congrats!
