Illini prescription bottle

Did a quick stroll at an old faithful streams side dump expecting after all the recent we had that it would naturally sift some bottles out...well it did. Found an old illini prescription bottle scrolling with the number 4 in a circle and found an sloping collar amber bottle....pics to follow
