I'm Officially on the Mailing List!

Was out on the deck sunning Tuesday and hear the door bell ring. Get to the front door and see a nice Italian package sitting on the table. 8) Reason why I know it was Italian was cause it had the word 'fragile' on it and we all know fragilee' is an Italian word, right? Sure enough, I open it up and what do I have here!!! COOKIES! From the house of our favorite Italian's, Nicky baby and Momma P! 8)
You REALLY shouldn't have, but gosh they were sooo good! Yummy suprise!! Thank you!!!


Went hunting yesterday and had a great time. The weather is perfect but the pollen is all over everything! :P


This is the place we hunted...



I'm going to hazard a guess that some time back, it's already been scanned for silver, (story of my hunts) as only two pieces where found by three hunters (unless you count the 1943P nickel)....I found one, Terri found the other. Tons of wheat pennies though. Ended up with 12.

Also found this calender holder. It's from the American Trust and Savings bank. Thought that was neat, but won't make it to the showcase!

Dang Donna, I think you went from novice, stepped over amateur into professional detecting in a few short years. You are certainly making the best of what is available to you. Took me a good 12 years to get to where you are now, I have 19 years detecting under my coils. Great finds and HH, Mike

Congratulations on some nice finds Nana. Looks like the ole MXT is do for a bath. I am a little concerned about you eating them cookies before they have been properly inspected. Go ahead and ship them to me, and I will take the risk of being the official taste tester.

Nana I like the scottie baret, I had one when I was a kid it was my favorite.
