The NEL coils and even the Tek Greek coils improve ID greatly and slight depth over the stock 11" DD coil according to a few users who have purchased the $17 screw on to plug in coil converter and used the better made coils. If you have a BH Pro detector (7.69/7.8 khz), it has been said by others that instead of purchasing the plug-in coils made for the BH line, to buy the converter and use coils made for the Tek Greek series.

If you need to know where to get the converter for $17, PM me.

Note: Thanks for catching the error on price, HunterGT $17 is correct.

I have the NEL Hunter on my platinum, I feel like it is a little big for parks. Ordered a Sharpshooter, which should be the sweet spot. If anyone ever plan on getting any of the NEL for their BH, take my advice. Get the Sharpshooter for Parks and such, for open areas, Hunter and Tornado would be your go to coils.
