In a "slim pickins" rut...clads, vintage silver-plate spoon and not much else
Hi
Heavy rains opened up the sand for clads today ...and maybe an old buckle ( not sure , but perhaps someone can help with ID.)
Tide was very high up on the beach....waves were strong.
The silver -plated spoon was found during a hunt 2 days ago. From my research , I concluded that the initials are that of William Ryland, Birmingham , England...circa middle to late 1800's.
Here's some pics...apologies that I have nothing exciting to post today, but I'm out there trying
