The lack of a raised rim around the front of your two "Great Seal" US Army buttons dates them from 1902 to 1910. Yje bullet appears to be a late-1800s/early-1900s version of US .45-70 "Government Rifle" bullet. Might have been some pre-WW1 army training at that spot.
