Indian Artifact or just a rock

I found this along a small lake in Somerset County, PA just lying on the ground. Thought its shape was interesting and I know there were indians who settled in this area. The item is pretty heavy. Is this a real artifact?

I see no evidence of man working it into a shape...it is a natural rock, imo.
