my grandparents salvaged this from a relatives house years ago and they have recently passed it to me. don't really know anything about provenance but assume they are from putnam/mason/cabell counties of west virginia (where the relative lived). sorry about the poor pic:

Nice pieces! On the axes I hope that isnt metal wire wrapped on them cause it will leave residue on the hard stone if it is

Looks like wire on all of them. It will leave a mark on all of them, but it's probably already there so no sense in stressing about it.

Nice display, it looks like all West Virgina or Southern Ohio material. Great display!
