Inks & Gerkins In the muck...

Dug these few pretty commons today, two unmarked inks, a Caw's Ink, an unmarked Stone ink, a Skelton Foote/Bunker Hill Pickle Co. and a couple ironstone items...day could've been better, I busted two torpedo's with my pitchfork...

I hope you find something rare next time, still nice finds though. New York is one of the hardest places to dig rare bottles seeing as most companies from NY sold bottles by the millions. When you do find a good one it will probably be a dandy. Being in NY you may have some serious digging in your area. Where I live wasn't fully colonized till the late 1800's making any dump pre 1920 very rare but in NY I assume there are old dumps everywhere.
