I received this coin from my grandpa and I never knew what it was. I've been keeping it in my collection for a long time. I thought I might as well see if any treasurenet people can ID it an tell me what it's worth? Thanks!!

If it is truly made of silver, then it is worth whatever the going price of an ounce of silver is. You can probably have it checked by a jeweler to see if it is silver.

It is a generic silver round, probably 1oz of silver worth spot. Do have it checked by a dealer because some coins like this are silver plated. This coin Probably comes from the Northwest Territorial Mint because they have often used the "Silver Trade Unit" wording on the back of their rounds. Not sure how old it is though.
