Got the Mayan or Olmec piece in a private lawn with permission. It rang up as silver. Do not know for sure Mayanhead.jpg . coins2.jpg Nice to know they visited north Alabama.
They even left a few coins. Thanks for looking.

I went through the mexican major native cultures. Toltec, Olmec, zapatec, Mayan, Inca statues, but only Mayan had a big head piece similar in perporsion. The jury is out, but someone may know. Best,
