Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
I was detecting around an old dump site this morning when I got a really strong signal. I dug a plug and out popped a really unique find from 1939. I actually was able to google the item, and learned that it was issued to all members of the legislature back in the day. It was probably affixed to their vehicles at the time and no doubt gave them certain priveledges while traveling. One of my cooler finds in a while.

Great find! Beats the pull tabs and bottle caps I recovered my last couple of hunts.

PS - Is that emblem the 1939 version of the "CSP 100 Club"?

Awesome find! That's what I love about those site, the stuff you see that you've never seen before. That's a very cool relic...Ddf.

Unusual! That is a fun find.

"Cops, back off! I'm above the law!" That's what that thing was for. Must be nice. Now it's just printed on their license plates. Gary

Yes, on steroids, back in the day. Good eye!

Fantastic old historic relic, congratulations! :occasion14:

No parking tickets were issued to that car. It was probably issued to a judge.
Congratulations
