Hunted a co-workers late 1800's home down here on the Cape and found a really corroded 1904 Indian and this pretty cool railroad button. Just a couple of hundred yards from his house is an area that used to have a train station, frequently used by President Grover Cleveland. His appointed Secretary of War for his second term was Daniel Lamont and the street connecting to the train station is named after him.
I've found lots of Wiki and other info on the Old Colony Railroad, but can't seem to find a pic or catalog of this particular button- any button experts out there who can provide me with more of its specifics?
Thanks for looking & HH!
