I find those worked thick blades all the time. I wonder why they made them when a round scraper could work so much better. Is that point broken at the base or is it made that way? 2 nice pieces
 

It seems to b a little bit of cortex these guys are pretty thin. The point is missing the ear on one side

Thanks TN I know the copena looking piece is no doubt Dover and I'm pretty sure the other is too but it is really dark I got lucky today :)

Ye sir you did. Our creeks here are at flood stage. I saw a whole tree going down the Tn river today. We got hammered. Nice pieces. Is it a snapped base?

It sure look like one at the base to me and I'd say a very well used one at that ;) are rivers are very high but creek they go up and down pretty quickly , I got some aqua walking to do ;) that flooding is gonna help us out it always does

That's a nice one you have seems like I find more of those than anything
 

Thanks Americas one more sharpening on the Kirk and it would of been a drill
