Hello All. Had the day off and so did my son so we loaded up the 'tecters and headed out to side by side home sites from 1920 and 1940.

My son's first time detecting and he did real good with my old ML Sovereign Elite. I think he is hooked on 'tectin' after one trip...he repaired my old Pro-Pointer and is now riding around with my ML SE in his truck.

Last hole of the day was the guts from an old Atwater Kent radio c.1926. The wife said "that thing will not enter the house"...so we compromised...I kept the front part with the badge for display.

Got some other interesting stuff including a horse head, an old wrench, some OK toys, a BK token...and had a great day with son...always a good thing.

Thanks for the view and good luck.

I thought that looked like an old radio front! Awesome! Those parts must have been a really big signal!

Well you now have a detecting buddy and he's family! That's great!

My family still thinks I'm the nut for MD'ing! Lol!

Best thing was being with your son! To find that time is the greatest find of them all always. I like that corgi, and I have that horses partner, swear its the same horse.

The keys have me scratching my head. All 3 that have letters stamped on the are cut the same so it seems that they all fit the same lock. What used to be in the area where they were found ?
