Hi everyone

I would like your help to indentify or have a clue about this earring that I found at a vintage shop.

The ring has a hallmark of 750 and VI which means it is from Vicenzia Italy and ia 18k, so anybody knows if they always put a diamond on 750?

Many thanks for your help!

Could be any number of stones Vintage. A gemologist at a local jewelers would be able to answer your question on the stone but as to the mount most likely only a dealer in antique jewelry could answer that. There are also folks in the Antiques forum that may be of some help. This forum attempts to identify raw minerals among other things.
Welcome to the forums.

Not always diamonds in 18K, but as DD pointed out, a gemologist has to examine it to be sure. There is no way to tell from a pic.
Vicenzia Italy is probably where the ring was made.
