Is it tektite?

Can someone help me identify this rock?
from what i have looked up i think it is tektite
I found it in georgia (not a state of usa) it is country in caucasus region.

Have you tried holding an intense light up to it? It resembles some Moldavites I have seen, but the patterns on the surface are different.

It does look neat however I dont believe its a tektite. You cant try a scratch test, and try to determine its specific gravity. I dont see any sign that its been formed by falling thru the atmosphere, but some can be kinda ruff. As gtsatohms suggests you can also try to see if its translucent.

I checked it and it is not translucent, i have no idea what it is.
