This is a Letter Distributed by the F.M.D.A.C.
Several years ago.

When I Told them what the Game Commission said.
they said they would get back to me but never did.

As I mentioned over the Telephone,
we'll use descretion in Violation of Subsection "b"
the Casual hobbyest who finds scattered or occasional
objects is not violating the intent of this regulation.
we do however mean to curtail organized or large scale digs
of historical sites, etc.
common sense should guide us all this way.

However what does this Mean ?
and Why are the only ones who know about this
are F.M.D.A.C. Members ?
and not the Game Wardens ?

My local warden told me "no" also. It is to bad there are many, many cellar holes around here on game land property.
