Since you asked:
1-piece brass 4-hole buttons can date anytime from the 1830s up to today. Unless it has a manufacturer's-name, a dealer's-name, or a Patent date on it, there's no way to time-date it with any accuracy. Same with the triangular brass object. Sorry... I wish I had happier news to give you.
