I have a vintage Copenhagen Belt Buckle that was bought around 1980-81. I have seen buckles advertised on ebay that are new in package and seller has 25 of them. My buckle is solid brass and his is said to be Pewter. Any one know if these are real or what the authentic Brass one is worth? The brass one is mine and the other pic is the one I am questioning. I know mine is authentic because I bought it myself. Award design went out of business in 2001 So I cant get info from them. DSCF3049.JPG DSCF3051.JPG copenhagen 1.JPG copenhagen 2.jpg

I don't know how far back this chewing tobacco company goes. However judging from the appearance and stamp/markings also hardware. I'd say its simply and advertising piece and not very old. :dontknow:

Keep @ it and HH !! :hello2:

Copenhagen has existed long before 1980 and that is when I bought the buckle. The Pewter one is new but cant verify when it was made. Cant imagine anyone having 25 of the same buckle from the 80's. Thats why I think its a reproduction.
