Is this a trace fossil ?

Hi,

this is a rock which I do not know composition mudstone ? I have very basic geology, Just a guess

Are these trace fossils in the layers of burrowing creatures, or have I watched too many David Pearson videos ?

The rock is wedged into an old peir which is being worn away by sea .
