Issue posting image using cell phone

I normally use my laptop or desktop, but when in the field have attempted to use my phone. Which is when I noticed this issue.
I am not sure if a phone setting modification altered the icons being enabled.
I have checked phone and browser settings and seen no setting which may impact this. I tried using Chrome to validate the problem.

phone is android s22
default browser is duck duck go
I also used Chrome, and had the same results, the icons were not enabled.

Any ideas?

Are you using an app or using phone like desktop? If you click the 3 dots upper right. One of the options is desktop site, if you put a check mark in it it is like a desktop PC.

Also to the right side of the page, right side of the "undo" icon are 3 dots for formatting, be sure you didn't accidentally hit it, it will also toggle toolbar. It is located between the magnifying glass icon and the preview icon when in text mode. (test box open for typing).

Not using the app. I did not download the Tnet app.

The page is different from my desktop computer. The server would intergate the http response and send back the mobile page not the desktop. I found the 3 dots upper right, and altered the settings to use the "desktop site".

That did not modify the page displayed.

Here are the two, first as displayed and the second as use the "desktop site" settings.

Did you click on the red [ ], after clicking the 3 dots that toggles the icons, it toggles the BB code, your picture shows it is an active icon click on it, I think that is probably the problem.


Click on the 3 dots between the reverse and magnifying glass icons.

Next, click on the [ ] icon, it toggles the BB code on and off, your picture shows it is an active icon.
