Ist day with the Garrett Ace 250!!

I went out to a local park this morning for 4 or 5 hours and found 1.42 in change, a pocket knife and a copper leaf from a necklace. It sure did a great job!! I'm very pleased with it!

I'd say that's a real good start with your new detector. I really do like the ACE 250 and the more hours you put on it out in the field the better you will like it too. If you local park is old and has been hunted extensively I would try to look for places that maybe others overlooked or didn't search because they were just hitting the high spots. I try to look for old flower beds (without flowers in them of course) and search in around, and under the old bushes and shurbs. It isn't as easy but lots of the silver I have came from just those types of places. Good luck with you new detector and keep up posted on what you find. Jim Cal
