I bought a vase of foriegn coins at a yard sale for $3 dollars... I found this one that says $1000 on it...Can anyone help find the true value of this coin?

Mexico's currency is the Mexican Peso (sometimes referred to as the New Peso or Nuevo Peso), since Mexico re-valued its currency in 1994. 1 new peso = 1000 old pesos. So 1000 in old pesos is worth 1 new pesos, about $0.10 US.
