It has sucked past few months to be unable to swing, but now I can tolerate it a a few hours at a time....naturally my first target was next to a fire ant mound, Ouchy!:BangHead:
So the clad was flowing at a new park, with old history....lots of trash too, then I found a wheat patch, which was a nice surprise. The Panama cent was a great find too!....
I called "last keeper".....which took a while.
Holy Crap!!!....A gold ring!!!.........SWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!
I gently pulled it from its clod, and it practically floated out of my hand....junk kids ring.:censored:
So, here are a couple pics..... but look at the last one....

IMG_0791.JPG

So, what is this button?......as you see, it reads "BiltmorE"
I googled it, but got stuck on the mansion, I don't think it's related.....

Thanks for looking!:hello:

Thanks for your concern Jeffy....yes, I've been unable to beep due to a couple of herniated discs in my neck.
Nerve pain in my left arm got to be pretty bad....I don't wish this crap on anyone.
Good finds, nice work bud.
I had four disc fused Dave, been about 4 years now, so much better. You know I swing like a wild-man!

There was a "Biltmore forest country club" in the Carolinas that started in the 20's...pretty fancy C.C. With many rich members...maybe it's a ball marker to spot your ball on the putting green. What does the back of the button look like. Just a suggestion, good luck with your ID

Glad to hear you're on the mend Dave! What the hell would I look at all winter if you southern boys aren't out swinging. Take care of yourself my friend

Glad to see your back Dave. Herniated discs are not fun. I had one in my lower back 25 years ago that cost me a surgery if I ever wanted to stand up again. It pinched my sciatic nerve so hard, I had to lay in a fetal position for over a month before they did the surgery. I can only imagine what you are going thru with one in your neck that is affecting your arm. Wishing you the best in your recovery.

Glad to hear your health has improved.
Spinal problems are not fun. I have a friend and hunting partner who has had 2 serious surgeries in the past 2 years.
Congrats on your finds.

Glad to hear you are out and about. Like you, got stuck on the mansion, but can't help but think there has got to be a connection - perhaps a stock blazer button worn by the staff? Anyway, congrats on the finds!
