Back again this afternoon to my Silver Dollar lot. Moved about two feet from where I dug yesterday and started right back where I left off. You can imagine what it is like to walk off a site like this one. You could dig round the clock and still pull money out of the ground.

A neighbor has been coming over and watching me and talking about the old lady who had lived there. She was known in the neighborhood as the "Cat Lady". Lived there by herself until she died a few years ago. The neighbor was fascinated by the detector and pin pointer. Every time I said "there's another one" I would uncover another coin.

I have only covered about 3 square feet in the last two days and I haven't dented the amount of coins that are scattered around the lot. It is wearing this old man out!!!

It is one of those "once in a lifetime" sites that you hate to leave for the day. Did manage one War Nickel and one Wheat penny to go along with the newer coins. That's all for TODAY !!

Till next time, Happy Hunting !!!

That is just amazing in finding all those in a 3 square foot area. The Cat woman must have been a coin hoarded till she died a that house was razed. Also in your hunt I see two half dollars ,one of which is 40% silver.

Congratualtions on the coins. :occasion14: I would camp there and detect 24/7! :icon_thumright:

There must be hundreds of buried coins...! GL & HH

Looks great, time to up the game & speed up.

Congratulations. What a great site. Great place to hunt the winter months away.

Congrats, enjoy that spot while it lasts!

That is a heck of a whole there.
