Got a new 6x10DD coil for the DFX and took it for a test drive. First volleyball court yield a pretty nice 1/2 carat sapphire 14k gold ring. Nothing to brag about but not too shabby either.

Gotta love the sand.

Nice ring Daryl. I bought one a little bit bigger then that for my wife, I won't mention the cost. Well let's just say it would more then cover the cost of the coil.
I found my first ring yesterday and was geeked about it. And it's just a nice sterling ring.

I've never had any luck hitting the local sand volleyball courts in the parks around town. Do others find them productive
