It's not nails.....

I did the happy dance when I pulled this tiny heart shaped ring out of the hole, I slipped it on my finger so I wouldn't lose it and went back to detecting to beat the rain. The rain came and cut the day short, so off to the garage to clean her up and investigate. There is writing inside the band, very tiny. I did finally make it out and I am pretty sure it says made in czechoslovakia, and it turns out the stone is plastic. Oh well it fooled everyone at first, it's still cute, and I got out for a while. When was the last time you saw a metal ring in a buble gum machine or cracker jacks ?

Still a neat find, I live about 40 minutes from the Czechoslovakian border. It was once a world power and my oldest silver coin from this part of Germany comes from Prague, Czech dated 1320ish. HH, Mike

I may just stick to the yard! Went back to the park today, also an old ferry landy, yearly carnival. Well I never knew they made Bud caps that big. We did end up with 60 cents or so . It was another awesome day of hunting, just to get out and clean the park up. Who could ask for more??
