Ivan's famous holiday green onion & garlic sausage cheeseball / cracker snack
you will need
1 lb roll of jimmy dean breakfast sausage (mild)
2 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 batch of green onions (we'll only be using only use the tops)
2 cloves of fresh garlic *
2 small teasspoons of lea and perrons whostershire sauce
1 package of fine chopped pecan bits
crackers of choice
fry up the sauage --drain in a fine strainer --- while it drains -- put cream cheese in bowl -- chop a nice bit of the green onions tops very thinly cross ways so you wind up with little o's-- add to bowl --- then peel the garlic put thru garlic press -- into bowl --- then add whostershire sauce -- finally add sasuage crumbs --- mix well using hands to knend everything together well --- make into a ball coating the outside with pecan bits --put in bowl to serve from -- (put in reefer to set up over night if you want a milder flavor--- cover with plastic cling wrap) or eat right away / you can eat with crackers or as a spead item
