After a long day of running errands around downtown, I had a chance to slip in an hour of hunting with L4S. Within the first 15 minutes I dug my first ever Morgan dollar. An 1882 O. :headbang:

A little while later I got the 1905 Barber dime. Before I knew it, it was time to head out. Not bad for an hour hunt. We'll be back at it tomorrow!!

Dan, you're making this look way too easy. Now Garrett just sold another 75 Ace 250's.

Welcome to the Morgan club!!! I still can't believe they let me in. :laughing7:

Thanks guys. Hacked the hell out of it if you can't tell. I think it was shallow with a rusty nail(pulled that out first) just next to causing the pinpoint to show it was deep(7-8 inches). Rescanned and it was in the dirt that came out first(4-5 inches). Ah well. Its still a silver DOLLAR and not a key date.

I have video but will combine it with tomorrow's hunt since its only like 1 minute of footage and we are planning on going back to that spot as well as a new one. I'll post it when its ready.

I don't know why but I wasn't as excited as I thought I would be. I did feel relieved that I finally got mine and it didn't go to one of you two! ;D ;D ;D

Welcome to the club Dan!

Been many years since I saw a cartwheel come out of the ground and now you guys pop three in like a month or so? Wow!

That's what you get in those hunted out park areas!

Sweet!
