On my last Goodwill Hunt of the year, I think I made a MAJOR Score.

In a junk Jewelry Jar for $30, I scored this

A 14kt Yellow Gold Cufflink with Ancient Roman Coin

If anyone can help me with information on this AMAZING Treasure, it would be much appreciated.

I also got a 14kt GF necklace
1/20 12kt Gold necklace
14kt Diamond Earring
couple other 1/20 12kt gold pieces

Most bronze Roman coins are so cheap they could be used for this, but yours is hard to ID. It seems to start MAXIMI which would only fit Maximinus but the last letters do not fit ANY of his legends:
MAXIMINVSAVG Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSAVGVSTVS Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSCAES Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSCAESAR Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSETMAXIMVSAVGVSTIGERMANICI Maximinus I & Maximus
MAXIMINVSFILAVGG Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNC Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBC Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBCAES Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBCAESAR Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBCS Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBILC Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBILICAES Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBILISC Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBILISCAES Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBILISSIMVSCAES Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSNOBILISSIMVSCAESAR Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSPFAVG Maximinus II A.D. 309-313
MAXIMINVSPIVSAVG Maximinus I A.D. 235-238
MAXIMINVSPIVSAVGGERM Maximinus I A.D. 235-238
MAXIMINVSPIVSAVGGERMPMTRPIICOSPP Maximinus I A.D. 235-238

So it leads me to think its a copy, but if it is, its a really convincing one.:icon_scratch: Any others got ideas?

I to am having a hard time locating any other Roman Coins, with the last letter Markings. It seems very old in making (does not feel or look like copy), and is corroded green, thick.
