but if you know how to cook them lots of white meat.trying to catch reds but these are fun. my fishing hole is getting over run with them.

I was with some friends out below Kaw Dam here a few years ago an a friend was pullin his line in and accidently snaged one in the tail we were there 45 min while he was bringing it in ! Wheee hoooo!

my Dad use to pickle them. sounds weird, but it sure was good! I guess you learn to like what is available when food is short, & money is tight!
