I just wanted to introduce myself. I just joined treasurenet.com after ordering a Fisher F5 a couple days ago - should be arriving in a few days. Previous to this I'd been using on occasion a Nextech [The Source] metal detector [under $100] that my wife gave me a few years back.
I've been an Oak Island enthusiast for the past few years - my wife, kids and I had the tour in July 2015 and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoy watching the History Channel's "The Curse of Oak Island". We also enjoy laughing at the reality show / narrator hype
I look forward to searching out the beaches of PEI in the spring, maybe finding the occasional item of interest and getting a lot of metallic litter in the appropriate blue bag.
